    Find Your Tribe - Yoga Class

    Camp is all about making new friends. What better way to do that then through games, group work and acro yoga! Join Katie & Brandon to find your weekend tribe. Expect a lot of laughs, a physical and mental challenge, new skills, and a whole bunch of new friends. No experience needed and no partner needed. Everyone welcome

    Dance - I Get Up Just To Get Down

    This is your one stop shop for all things AWESOME! This class will combine stretchy bendy yoga, super strengthening pilates and wee bit of hella rad and accesable dance fitness to get the the ole heart rate up and going!

  • Boxing - Let Me See You 1/2 Slip

    This class is the perfect hybrid between circuit training and boxing. The first half off class will include a circuit style strength and conditioning session, specifically geared for boxing - we'll use resistance bands, body weight, and plyometric training as our primer for the latter half of class. The second half of class is where we whip out some old fashion 1-2's. The beauty of this class is that it's meant for absolutely EVERYONE - whether it's your first time or you're a long time fan, this class is about growing community and having a damn good time doing it.

    Technique is always top of mind - how you move with your body is important! We thoroughly go over every movement pattern, regressions or progressions are always an option, and you're guaranteed to leave with some solid boxing technique up your sleeve.

    Amp Up Your Smoothie Workshop

    Smoothies are healthy and all, but the same smoothie every day can be bo-ring! What’s the solution to ho-hum smoothies? A little finessing, that’s all. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn tips and tricks to take your smoothie to the next level. Plus, you get to eat what you make – bring your appetite!

    Open Your Heart, Steady Your Mind - Yoga Class

    This all levels class will play with sweet twists, deep heart openers and he opportunity to start to play upside down! With options for the beginner yogi and those experienced in upside down play, join me for a strong and dynamic flow filled with sweet core strengthening, some arm balancing play and work to strengthen and open the shoulder, hips and spine. Learn and feel how to develop the power in your core and the lightness in your body through bandhas and breath- cultivate greater body awareness, focus and patience.

    Open your mind and your heart, let yourself fly freely and fearlessly.

    Yoga the Literal Metaphor

    Come participate in a live recording of the very popular yoga based podcast, The Kent Brun Podcast: Professionals Talking Yoga. A contemporary lecture from the yogic perspective exploring the idea of truth and flowing into topics such as dharma and Karma. Followed by a conversation and group discussion. This is a modern take on the time honoured yogic tradition of 'satsang' (a sacred gathering or spiritual discourse).

    Get out of your comfort zone and shake out any old beliefs you are holding onto! Through a series of practices we will uncover what it is that you truly want to cultivate more of in your life.

  • Absolute Chill - Yoga & Meditation

    Yin/Restorative class where you can absolutely chill out. They’re be lots of long deep stretches, mobility work and much deserved relaxation. There might even be some savasana massages ;)

    Make Your Own Mala Workshop

    Join us in designing and creating your own personalized mala bracelet. We will guide you through the intentions and meaning behind malas, choosing your beads, and creating a piece that holds special meaning for you.

    Hip Hop Flow - Yoga Class

    We vibe out to those hip hop jams that make ya wanna sing out in downward dog. Expect a vinyasa style class linking breath with each movement, and rap music.

    Dance - Shake What Your Momma Gave Ya

    This is a dance Class people! We are gonna MOVE it and shake it and get down with our bad selves! You don't need any dance experience at all....just a willingness to find your inner Beyonce (or J.T)We just may flash mob what we've learned in this class at one of the AMAZING Camp Yoga events

    Handstands - Where The WILD Things Are

    Getting upside down is a wildly fun adventure! But... to get wild, you have to know mild. So, we will begin, by making handstands lying on the ground. This lets you get a feel for the proper form and allows you to practice some technique before getting vertical.

    From there it will be a bit of choose your own adventure, depending on your level. Whether you are hand-standing in the middle of the room, or on the wall, I'll have something for you. Different entrances/exits and coaching/spotting techniques are a few things we will look at. Who knows, by the end you might be a wild hand-walking animal!

    Move and Grove - Yoga

    This flow class will get you moving and breathing deep. Paired with some old school Hip-Hop and RnB.

    Meditation/Restorative - Yoga

    Yogic Compunction: Deepen your yoga practice. Learn to safely and effectively bring breath work, Mudra, and restorative yoga postures into your daily life. Mindfully develop a sustainable daily routine that can work to bring clarity and purpose to your life.

  • Breathing Through Barriers - Boxing & Mindfulness

    I'm sure at one point or another, we've all felt the power of our own breath - the way it slows us down, excites us, scares us, moves us, etc. This class introduces the power of your breath while boxing, and how meditative the sport is. I've always thought of boxing as 'the greatest release while maintaining full control' - this class explores that practice as we move with intention and awareness.

    We'll start the class with a meditation focusing on our breath and how it shows up for us prior to class. We'll warm up, go through a series of exercises priming our bodies for boxing specific movements (using resistance bands and our body weight), and get right into our boxing technique and pad-work. We'll end with a cool-down and meditation, reflecting on how our breath has shifted during this time. This class takes a different spin on mindfulness by introducing it to a fast-paced sport - creating the perfect storm. You'll leave with a reminder that no matter how fast we go, we can always ensure that we move with intention.

    Stand Up! (On Your Friends) - Acro Yoga

    Acro yoga. It challenges you to be in the moment, to develop better spatial awareness, to build strength, and to laugh at yourself. Let us teach you how to stand up tall, even when you friend might be standing on your shoulders, through basic standing acrobatics. Believe us, you can do this!! No experience needed and no partner needed as we will be working in groups of 3-6.

    Come get your community on and find out what Camp Yoga is all about from the founder. Who knows what to expect. Half yoga, half who knows what he is thinking. Always a good time.

    Ignite The Fire and Stability Within - Yoga

    In this class we will will delve into the world of arm balances from basic to more advanced.

    Dive into yourself and all of your power with this sweet yet strong alignment -based practice of dynamic movement and breath. You can expect prep work for wrists and shoulders and deep core strengthening to improve stability. We will work to develop techniques that will help your body understand the mechanics and leverage of arm-balances so they can be safely and more effortlessly woven into your practice.

    An opportunity to step into courage and learn to trust yourself to take flight.
